However I'd also enjoy the challenge of the backend "judge", but to get something up in running would be quick if we only had to focus on the UI.

just read the link I posted and it doesn't look like we could just build a flashy interface on top of their backend... But I'd like to have a game where I could email/txt my commands and gamesbyemail is not by email/txt.
yeah it would be sweet to add some twitter functionality
